The Airman instant tire repair system, ACK, is made up of an integrated air compressor and Active Seal® tire sealant that repairs flat tires with holes of up to ¼”.

Repair and Inflate Simultaneously
Our Eco friendly, nano-sealant Active Seal® is injected into the tire as our 12-volt ACK air compressor system completely inflates the tire. It is an all in one solution second to none.

It is very easy to use:

  • Connect the hoses on the ACK to your car as illustrated
  • Plug the ACK system into your car’s 12V plug
  • Press the “On” button to fill tire with air & Active Seal
  • Watch the built-in tire pressure gauge, stop at correct PSI  
  • Turn off pump and stow in trunk

Then, when you start driving, the sealant is evenly distributed inside the tire, creating an airtight temporary seal, repairing the flat tire instantly.
